Distribution Center Trash Chute
This was a 60ft multi story trash chute. Each level required concrete penetrations in tilt wall construction. Each level required safety cages and single floor lockouts for usage. We constructed the chute, installed and assisted with building integration.
Hydraulic Dumper Design and Production
This project consisted of the design and testing of a custom hydraulic dumper for the Uline roll trash carts. The unit was fully fabricated in house, installed in facility and integrated into plc lockout system. This dumper design was used with the previous multi story trash chute project.
Trailer Ramp Overs
This picture is the final stages of installation on a custom set of trailer ramp overs. These are unique due to the fact we designed compartments under the middle sections with tilt up lids. These are hybrid material construction consisted of a steel welded substructure and an aluminum overlay to minimize weight.

Haas VF2 Install
The end result of a long night installing our new VF2 CNC Machine.
Custom Shock Construction
One of our divisions utilizes a spec shock and due to supply chain issues we began assembling and testing and alternative shock for the application.
These shocks will be tested with a RD3 shock dyno for build consistency and performance characteristics.

Cooler Floor Tread Plate Install
This is one example of may cooler floors that we have installed tread plate on. These particular floors are in regional healthcare facility. These were 3/16 Aluminum that was mechanically fastened, sealed.
Tire Rack Construction and Powder Coating
This is one example of our powder coating capability. Additionally we constructed these tire racks for a regional racer our of 1x3 aluminum tubing then had them coated in our powder coating facility red and blue.

Directly behind the tire racks are a few commercial waste bins that we refinished and saved the customer thousands of dollars vs purchasing new.

Medical Facility Wall Protection
Stainless Steel Column Covers
These covers were installed in the sterilization area of a regional hospital. These prevent damage and particles from contaminating the air. We wrapped well over 18 columns in 24ga stainless.
Stunt Ramp Design & Construction
This was a very unique project. We had to design and construct a stunt ramp for a TV series stunt crew. The ramp was the first ramp to include an adjustable kick plate. The adjustable plate allows to change the vertical pitch of the roll over. This ramp successfully filpped an F150 and is in a show featured on Netflix.
Can-AM Side X Side MONSTER REPAIRS
Its difficult to see in the photos but this unit is massive. The front end was destroyed in a random act and we were tasked with redesigning and fabricating a replacement. Tubular and plate steel construction. The design was done in CAD and CNC cut.
QC Mini Quick Change

Custom Metal Signs
Custom CNC metal signs. This customer provided us with a logo and we made this cool back lit sign for his office.

Morgue Repairs
Very random job at a regional medical facility. This morgue cooler was in desperate need of repair. The rollers were worn our after years of use and neglect. I guess no one else wanted to do it so they called us. CNC Machined new rollers and spent two nights in the morgue installing them. Mildly uncomfortable environment.

CNC Bumper Kits for Circle Track FWD CARS
Our CNC cut FWD Racing bumper. Our design saves the frame should the car bump a wall or another competitor.

We have been tasked with reinstalling the metal purlins and tin on top of this warehouse.
